Prayer is the heartbeat of our church. It underpins everything we do, from worship and teaching to outreach and fellowship. Whether you’re praying for the next generation, interceding for the church, or lifting up local and global issues, there’s a space for you to join us.

Prayers for families and children, Tuesdays, 7:30pm - Online
Our Tuesday prayer meetings focus on the next generation, covering every stage of life from infancy to adulthood. These sessions are for parents, grandparents, and anyone passionate about interceding for children, teens, and young adults, as well as the challenges and joys of family life.

Prayers for the church and community, Fridays, 7:30pm - Online
Join us as we gather to pray for our church family, ministries, and the local and global community. This is a powerful time of seeking God’s will and interceding for revival, unity, and transformation.

We are also proud members of prayer networks, including Pray Haringey, a network of local churches working together in prayer and action to see God’s kingdom transform lives and communities.

We know that no church is perfect, but at Canaan Church, we work hard to love, challenge, and support each other. We truly are a family church, celebrating life’s special moments together and helping one another through prayer, practical assistance, and care. So, just come as you are—there’s no pressure to share anything until you’re ready. We’re here to support you at your own pace!
